Dear symposium participants,

This will be the final official note from the OC until the meeting.

SPECIAL ISSUE on EPS:
Several journals have shown their interest in publishing a special 
issue from this symposium, and we hope to have one for the new Japanese 
journal "Earth, Planets and Space (EPS)" 
Those who are willing to contribute the special issue, please indicate
your interest by replying to this e-mail.  

PANELISTS:
The enclosed below is the schedule of the symposium.
Those listed as either a session chairperson or a panelist,
we hope you help the symposium taking the role.

PROGRAM:
-For those who are giving posters: since we have scheduled time
for panel discussions, if there are some material you want
to show on the screen, please prepare for that.
-For those who are giving orals: since there some room for
additional posters, if it helps your presentation
by having some figures posted, please feel free to do so.

AIRPLANE TICKET, etc..
For foreign participants, please do not forget to bring us what we have asked
you to bring (e.g., ticket, receipt, passenger coupon).
